You like to ride your rigid bike in technical terrain and you are thinking you want something beefier than the typical QR connection available with rigid fork drop outs.
There are some DJ 20mm TA forks, but they are super tank like heavy and you aren't that gnarly.
To the best of your knowledge there are no other production TA type forks that meet your specs (470ish A-C, lots of offset) (Although I believe Salsa is making a 20mm TA rigid in spring).
You have a QR King wheelset. King in all their wisdom does not offer a 9mm thru bolt axle for their front hubs, unlike their competitors (including Hope, DT Swiss, Hadley and I think I9).
If you had been thinking ahead, you would have just used a front hub from one of the above companies for this wheelbuild, but you didn't....
You don't necessarily want to buy an entirely new wheelbuild.
Then do this:
Purchase a Hadley 9mm TA from Balle Racing.

Have a friendly local machinist machine a 9mm hole in the end caps of the King QR axle with proper tolerances to fit the axle. The machining completely removes the QR nubs from the King axle, so you only have one shot at it. This cost me $30 for an hour of machinist time.

Install axle, then install on bike.

Problem solved.
Ride and be happy.
