Here's what I know:
Josh made it through the four hour surgery okay. They took out about 60% of his left frontal lobe. They were very conservative about removing anything that would make his right arm or speech worse, so this is not a curative procedure by any means, but should be life extending, and certainly quality of life extending.
Still unclear if what they were removing was radiation necrosis, tumor, or a combination of booth (most likely).
He is in a decent amount of pain, and struggling with nausea, but in good spirits. He can talk!! The right arm is a little weaker.
More news as I get it. He should be able to come home in 1-2 weeks.
